Church Building Updates

Dear Beloved

Here's the latest update on the construction progress of our Church in Nashville, TN.

• We just received some bids from the contractors and the current estimation of the total project cost is close to 6 Million dollars.

• If we use our brain we would have to say, everything needs to stop and that there's no way we can do this BUT in faith we trust that the God of heaven who worked through us this far will continue working in His Divine mysterious ways as He promised us that  “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matt 19:26

• We continue to work with the engineers and the contractors to find ways to reduce this cost but in the meantime we will start a fundraising campaign for 2 million dollars which will allows us to speak to the bank more steadily. Our goal is to have these funds before the end of the year

• We ask that you continue praying for us that God may direct and guide each step of the way.

We're still in need to reach our monthly pledge goal as well as raise the money for the steel building before the end of June

 

Both the bank and the dioceses will require us to submit proof of sufficient monthly income to pay for the mortgage. This can be accomplished by pledging to monthly donations from each family.

 

The last estimate we received for phase one is $3.5 million which translates to a monthly commitment of about $25,000 (only for the loan) in addition to other church expenses which varies but could be up to $10,000 to 15,000

If we are able to raise more funds to reduce the total amount of the loan would be great but we also will need the monthly commitment 

 

We’re reaching out to ask you to first pray that God may guide us and complete the work that was started and also if you would like to partake of the blessing of a monthly pledge to the church so we can show that we have sufficient monthly income.
